There isn't one. Intonational cues show that the second clause is part of the conditional. For greater clarity, I suppose you could say "Yachtu spuli litwa, yachtu ochach planika dura saazdo".

Yes indeed. I got lots of good ideas from reading through other people's suggested analyses.
