No, it's now defined as the distance light travels in 1/299792458 of a
second. It used to be defined in terms of the wavelength of the
radiation emited by a particular isotope of Cesium (?), but it was
changed to the fraction of a second (thus defining the speed of light as
299,792,458 m/s).
