- Sounds to me like an analogy based on _hamentash_ ~ _hamentashen_. For those who don't know, hamentashen are triangular cookies filled with fruit, chocolate, or (bleah!) poppy seeds that are associated with the Jewish holiday of Purim. The name is a play-on-words; _man-tashen_ was/is the Germanic word for something like "poppy pouch", but if you add /ha/ to the beginning, you get Haman, the name of the villain in the story of Purim (found in the Scroll of Esther). Therefore, "hamentashen". -Stephen (Steg) "new (nu?), what do you own the world? how do you own disorder? now, somewhere between the sacred silence sacred silence and sleep." ~ 'toxicity' by system of a down
