Thanks! :)
No, I'm afraid I don't know Oskar, (I presume his patronymic should be
Gudlaugsson ;) should I? :)
Nice to know I'm not alone, though, I take it there are a few Icelanders on
this list, then?
What I meant by 'the "right, I'm going to make a conlang now, and this is
what I want it to
be like" stage' was that I often come up with some general idea, like for
example I wanted to make a neo-Icelandic language once, then I wanted to
make a celtic sounding language, then I wanted to try a language that used
an arabic-like root system etc. etc. etc... The list is practically endless,
but none of them got much further than being a general idea. :) Seeing the
asterisks around like.. I hope you're not going prescriptive on me :D

Hello, and welcome!
I'm another old conlanger who still hasn't got anything ready for
upload :( . Which doesn't spoil the fun of it, however!
Do you know Oskar Gudlaufsson? (I'm afraid I can misspell his
patronymic - or is it surname?) Anyway, Iceland's conlang production
per capita has been boosting lately!
I think everebody's interested to hear what your conlangs are going to
be *like* ;)
