What about all those poor Canadians who're going to actually have to use the damn thing (and presumably already are, in their own special Unicode-deprived way)? Has anyone considered asking them what they already do? Oh, the humanity. Wont *somebody* think of the Canadians??? Paul ... in an odd mood.
