You can use my scripts at

They work a lot like
LangMaker but with the exception that you can use
recursive references. It
does require that you make a language definition file
which is pretty
simple, but it includes another script that will take
a word list and create
a language definition file. The scripts, even though
they are JavaScript,
are Windows only.
