Actually, we don't know that the "Dryads" of Glorantha are actually
called "Dryads" in any Gloranthan language--the point has never been
explicitly stated. One thing about Glorantha is that one can't presume
such things. Who was to know that the race called "Troll" in the
"common" language of Dragon Pass is actually called "Uzko" until it was
explicitly so stated?

But from what language was his name? That's a question that could send
the Glorantha mailing list into at least a week of discussion, a short
break from the typical maundering about Humakti and feminism.
