I can't be running Netscape 4 -- it doesn't run IME. I probably do have
Javascript turned off -- sorry about that. I forgot that a while back I
tried randomly disabling a bunch of things so that MSIE/OE would be less
unreasonable. At least I can read geOcities pages now. If the survey really
requires Javascript, they'll probably have to do without my input.
