I decided on "After Death" on my own as a child -- it made perfect sense
to me, and I *WAS* confused about what to call the time while he was
alive.  In fact, when my father told me what it really meant, I didn't
believe him.  I mean, come on!  Why would "BC" have an English meaning,
but "AD" a Latin one?  (Wonderful logic for an 8 year old.)
