Of course!  The Hataso are monitoring a large number of Earth
transmissions, and are plugged into the 'net.  The Advena, as well, even
have an agent specifically dedicating to monitoring this list, making sure
no subversive content is transmitted.

That's at least two planets: Epsilon Eridani II (where the Hataso live),
and whereever the Advena agent might be (as far as we know, there are
twenty-four possibilities for that).
