Swedish:

butik   (shop)  -- butiken   (the shop)
butiker (shops) -- butikerna (the shops)

Norwegian and danish work exactly the same, except that Norwegian doesn't
treat the definite plural as agglutinating; it is "butikker -- butikkene",
as is true of the actual pronunciation in the other two languages as well.

Akhelin goes like this in a masculine noun:

keshtr  (village)  -- keshtrey  (the village)  {kStr -- kStr'y}
keshtri (villages) -- keshtriye (the villages) {kStry -- kStryh}

And like this in a feminine: [é = e-acute, è = e-grave, ç = c-cedilla]

éçtrade  (street)  -- éçtradeyè (the street)  {'Stradh -- 'Strad'yh}
éçtradé  (streets) -- éçtradéyé (the streets) {'Stradi' -- 'Stradi'yh}
