"Self-Segregating Syntax"?

Hallo!
My experimental language X-1 not only has self-segregating morphology;
the arity (number of arguments) of a predicate word is indicated by its
length, it is always length minus 2. So a triliteral predicate word is unary,
a quadriliteral predicate word is binary, etc. All morphemes with three or
more literals are predicate words; morphemes with less than three literals
are variables, scope delimiters or connectives.
