Tyl-Sjok is an isolating language with two morphologically unmarked
cases: patientive and agentive. The word order is AVP (agent verb
patient). It is embedding, i.e., composed phrases may act like atomic
lexicon entries. It is designed to have a minimal grammar.
There is no conculture. The design goal is to have an easy language
that depends heavily on context. The phonology is in such a way that
the mouth (lips and jaw) need not be moved.
The language means `language which is beautiful by being simple and
elegant'. `tyl' means `beautiful by being simple and elegent',
`sjok' means `tongue, language'.
