I owe Mike an apology. And as statements were made on-list, I apologize
to him on-list.

The statement to which I replied was in a quoted bit. I assume Mike was
replying to a private, off-list mail and sent it to the list by
accident. I imagine many of us have done this at some time or other - I
know I did once, and have been very careful since.

My mailer didn't show the 'offending' bit as quoted, and I wrongly
assumed it was Mike's statement - it wasn't.

Eldin has written me off-list. He is happy I set the record straight
about the May/June 'heresy' thread which members are can readily find in
the archives and read for themselves if they wish.

Please could this matter now be considered closed?

PS - promise not to write "Eh?" again - but "Sorry - either I have
misunderstood you or you appear to be mistaken"       :)
