I've use it and I love it... quite abandoned by this time.
I've been able to get morphological analisys from Spanish, and Spanish to
SAMPA converters among other small tricks.

I have a Windows version I don't know where it came from but it seams to be
an EasyWin version of the standard DOS source code.  I've also made a small
C program which convert from CSV files (as generated by spreadsheet) into
FOSF files, as used by PCKIMMO.
