Speaking of conlang software, does anyone have any software that does sound changes? I have tried Langmaker and Phono and I've found Phono to work well, for the most part, but it's for DOS only and somewhat hard to use. I'd rather have something in standard C/C++ or Perl that's portable and can work with simple text files. Anyone know of such a beastie?
