Here they are for Polish:
Poland: Polska ['pOl.ska]
Polish (adjective/language): polski ['pOl.ski]
Polish person: (m.) polak ['pOl.ak], (f.) polka ['pOl.ka]
Finnish:
Finland: Suomi ['suo.mi]
Finnish (adjective/language/person): suomalainen ['suo.mA.lAi.nen]
The "S"s are pretty heavily labialized, and the "L" is the "dark"
variety.
