Online Dialect Generator

I thought you all might be interested in the web-based dialect generator
/ sound change applier I put together.  As you may have guessed, it's
based on Mark Rosenfelder's sound change applier, but I used the
Lingua::SoundChange PERL module.  It uses all the same rules, though.
