Indeed (and I agree on the "there's Paris, but in France..." :)) ). Here I know
quite a few French-speaking people working in Delft like me, but the only one
who speaks a perfectly grammatically correct French (to the extent that it gets
annoying :)) ) is a Lebanese having lived ten years in Canada :)) .
