Tolkien language(s) question

I haven't been paying attention (and still haven't seen the movies)--- but
which language are they speaking in the movies?? A friend has asked me to
help him learn it. (I boo-hooed, of course, that he doesn't want to learn
Kash....)

I see by the Ardalambion site that there is a course for Quenya-- is that
it??
