OT: Icelandic help

In order to keep my conlang juices flowing, I listen to radio on the
internet from many different European countries (my love of language is
definitely Eurocentric.) I discovered a website, www.listenlive.eu which has
many radio stations available to me. Often times I listen to Gull Bylgjan. I
get to hear Icelandic and hear some Icelandic oldies as well as other
oldies. I hear a phrase on there all the time which is no doubt their slogan
or such and having heard it so many times I wonder what it means, how it is
spelled etc. Below is the best phonetic translation I can come up with.

As I don't know which syllables go together or for that matter whether there
may be something missing at the beginning, does anyone have any idea what
this says?
