Icelandic: mediopassive voice
Sami: consonant gradation and most everything else
Estonian: genitive case
Russian: perfective verbs
Polish: nasal vowels
Portuguese: nasal vowels
Somali: phonology
Yoruba: tones
Shuswap: ejectives
and probably other stuff I've forgotten...
