Spanish has _c=F3nyuge_ (con- "with, accompanying" +
_yuge_ evidently from the same root as _yugo_ "yoke"
[and _yoke_, and _yoga_!]). But it's rather formal,
mostly seen in legal texts. You also have _esposos_
as "X" in "A is B's husband/wife =3D=3D> A and B are X".
