In the middle of a word, no problem. If, however, you want it to start a
word, I think you'd simply have to explain that you have to hum the initial
nasal, lest people who speak English or most European languages would
pronounce them, at first glance, [mabi], [nadi], [Nago] (if they could
pronounce that last one at all). But I think simple explanation would render
it fine--it worked for me with Professor Mchombo. :)
