Livagians would have a certain sympathy with this culture. In Livagia,
Livagian, though not language in general, is adorated. It is viewed
not so much as God's gift but as an embodiment of Reason. A mastery of
Livagian is a precondition for wielding political power, though beyond
this the best grammarians are not especially privileged; indeed,
being a good grammarian is an expected accomplishment of the ordinarily
well-educated person.

Why not <z> -- it has the support of German, transcribed Hittite, Italian...
