New conlang: GWR

FWIW, I've put some preliminary notes on the main Gwr language into my
website:  http://cinduworld.tripod.com/prelim_gwr.htm  (There's an underline
in "prelim_gwr")  At the moment, I'm using numbers for the tones, though
symbols will be used eventually (maybe)-- high\ or 5, high-falling ^ 54, mid
not marked or 3, low _ or 1, low-rising / or 12.

I'll be nomail for the next 3 weeks or so; no need to flood me with
messages, though romiltz@yahoo.com will reach me if I can get near a
computer.
