Ray,
Apart from my own attempts to reconstruct Vegliot (Dalmatian of the island
of Krk/Veglia where the language survived longest), I know of no movement to
revive Dalmatian.
There is a small revival movement of Prussian. I don't know numbers or
whether there are active speakers yet.
