I haven't figured out how to do it in Pine yet, but I think it's
in the configuration menu somewhere. I've gotten it to change in
my newsreader, though. The above is therefore manual. I'll probably
leave it manual, as I sometimes like to use Doric or Kerno or Latin.

Those are signiture files. Those of us using Unix can edit a .sig
file (if I recall right) and those pearls of wisdom are added
automatically. Not sure how AOHELL does it, though. I'd look in
your version of Mail Preferences to see if there's a way to edit
these parameters.
