I have no idea about the age of the person who proposed that, hell, I don't
even remember who it was. But he (not she, that I know for sure) proposed to do
it himself.
Anyway, I think the idea is good, but difficult to realise. I don't intend to
make a will at all, and definitely not one especially for my conlang. No, I'll
rather take care that all the interesting stuff I have will be online.
