Playing around with my numbers, I've come up with the following
approximates:
(Earth date --- event -- Cindu date)
1945 1st atomic bomb.....710 p.v.(1) (it's now 754)
1815 Waterloo.....613 p.v.
1776 US Revolution....583 p.v.
1453 Fall of Constantinople....341 p.v.
(991 The Destruction (Gwr nuclear war on Cindu)...2701 p.m.(1))
800 Coronation of Charlemagne...2554 p.m.
453 Fall of Roman Empire...2294 p.m.
Birth of Christ....1954 p.m.
(677 B.C.E. First settlement of Kash on Yanatros 1456 p.m.)
753 B.C.E Founding of Rome...1390 p.m.
---------------------
(1) p.v. = pinal velu 'new count', p.m. = pinal marok 'old count'
Year 1 p.v. would have been 2704 p.m.; this was decided at the peace
conference in late 2703, at which the Kash effectively gained (or took, if
you prefer) control of matters, the two principal Gwr states having
destroyed each other, and a lot else besides.
