Ah, yes, thankyou. (For some reason I could only think of French
words _not_ borrowed into English, when I looked for them in my
brain.)
Incidentally, in my GA-influenced RP ideolect I think I have free
variation between /"g{r@dZ/ and /g@"ra:Z/.
