That's a very tough question because the only really good answer to give
would be to reply with another question "What interests you?"
If you just want a variety to see how different languages work, I'd
suggest maybe trying languages from different families. Maybe an
Austronesian language like Indonesian or Javanese. How about Turkish,
Arabic, Hausa, Japanese, Korean, Quecha or Guarani? Maybe a polynesian
language like Hawaiian or Fijian? Or you could venture into something
like a North American or Australian language? There are thousands of
possibilities out there.
