I postulate twin languages, like the Male/Female or Class
distinction languages used elsewhere. This however (I forget the
name of the race) could be based on an adult/juvenile distinction?
Perhaps the juvenile form is due to incompletely developed vocal
equipment?
Unfortunately, the film doesn't open in England for a while (because
it really _does_ take all those weeks to ship a few boxes of film
across the atlantic, honest!) so I haven't had a chance to compare
the language use in other ways. I s'pose I could pick it up on a
dodgy DVD for a few pounds, but that just wouldn't be right...
I missed a lot of the discussion on Huttese. Out of interest, is that
language consistent between films? I haven't even really analysed
the difference between Ep.4 and Ep.6 Huttese yet... <sheepish G>
