The conreligion of the Kadane I developed almost ten years ago, so the
discussions on this list had little effect on it. I do notice strong
Catholic themes (and I am a Catholic) in it (dichotomy between good and
evil, cult of the Mountain Gods), although I actually had Hinduism
and Zoroastrianism in mind when I devised it.
