I find it interesting that you refer to the locutor as "he"--perhaps that is
made obvious by the song (which I have heard but do not recall in detail) but
in my translation (since gender must be specified in  Rihana-ye) I assumed a
female speaker being taken to her own home; the traditional dating paradigm (at
least as still exemplified in  TV ads etc.; I do not claim much relevant
experience) is that the man escorts the woman to her home and then, if he is
fortunate, is invited in to continue etc.
