In general, I'd go with citing the Wikipedia article, since I don't
know how often mirrors update their articles and whether they do any
editing of their own; since I suspect they do not, the content on WP
will be as good as any.

Unless, of course, someone prefers one of the 'value-added features'
found on many mirrors such as links to other sites, commercial
ventures, or ads.
