No, never done. I plan on using PHONO or something like that to implement the

Other people have already given lists of wishes that contain mine too, so I
won't add much. Basically, the ideal program for me would be something like
Kura or Shoebox, but with a vocabulary generator and a sound change applier, an
all-in-one if you prefer (and with a font generator, of course ;)))) .
Actually, a whole operating system directed towards conlanging would be the
best ;)))))) ).
