I'm with Virgin Net and they have two options: "Normal" monthly internet
access at about £7/month with free helpline, or no charge at all but with
helpline costs of £1/minute. If you're the sort of person who won't need to
use the helpline (and I suspect a lot of us here are) then you've got
basically free webspace. I think you get 10MB, which should be plenty for
what's going to be largely text-based content.
