For a culture whose progress in computing is considerably short of ours,
I'll leave "googogigglabyte" as |ikhakpan'caanoonvöl| "a really f***ing big
amount of information"
ikhak-panc'a-anoon-völ
information-f***ing-verybig-amount
Now, the poem:
Zvisi, zvisi, ki k'okyan zvisi
Stars, stars, and further [1] stars
- akortadve
- tuning up [2]
Kinar c'eraz bez pitnar
Yesterday night without trace ...
Enc'uduais'na surkac
Vanished dew [3]
Pilonka c'eraz ödorios'
Today night returned
Mik drovor
Like thief
Trek'em ödorios' [4]
Back returned
Trek'em
Back
Mik drovor zaiödorios'
Like thief again-returned
Ot yai c'aurom mis'iznibza pitni
On my face unknown traces
[1] There's three ways to say "more".
[2] This "tuning up" seems out of place. Tuning a musical instrument would
be |akortak|, and "tuning up" a car etc would be |s'tikak|. I didn't know
what to use here.
[3] Such is Rhean word order.
[4] Redundant, since ödorek means "to go/come back, return"
The second one looks more ... challenging, to say the least.
I MIGHT try it.
