I did implicitly assume that people would read the previous contributions
before adding their 2d worth! My solution would be that if somebody notices
that rule B contradicts rule A, they should propose rule C to resolve the
conflict. Some contradictions, on the other hand, might be tolerated as
"realistic irregulatities".
Anyway, have a go by all means. I'm letting this project out on a loose
rein - I don't want to have a greater say on how it develops than any other
contributor.
