Nieskloz has vowel marks above, or in some cases attached to, the
consonants. Multiple vowels are represented by ligatures of vowel marks.
But there's also a vowel holder for attaching word-final vowels (vowel
marks are attached to the _following_ consonant!). A proper Nieskloz font
would require just about all the special features of TrueType Open fonts,
not to mention vowel reordering in the keyboard input to move a sequence of
vowels after the consonant they're attached to, which is why I haven't
created one yet, and probably never will.
