Well, although with the problem the list is facing (it's currently running
backwards in time. Together with the last posts I receive posts from last
Saturday now :( ) it is probably held now (I received 90 posts. Probably a few
are still waiting to be sent and then the list gets held), I decided to answer
the posts I wanted to answer. If I wait too long to answer them I'm gonna
forget what I wanted to say :)) .

Each of my languages has a script, even if it's only the Roman alphabet :)) .

Hehe, Notya does kind of that (though the vowel marks are put inside the consonant letter, so i don't know if you can call that "diacritic" :)) ), along with a vowel carrier and special vowel characters used for initial consonant- less syllables (yep, the script was much influenced by Devanagari :)) ). But I even have better: Itakian uses a script where letters and ligatures represent vocalic codas, and diacritics represent consonantal onsets! :)) Moreover, those diacritics can be big enough to envelop the whole letter :)) .

Notya does have a vowel carrier (or null consonant) but doesn't need to handle the problem of diphtongues, since the only diphtongues it has are ya and yo. They are written by their own diacritics, just like any other vowel. As for Itakian, since no syllable can exist without a vocalic part, the problem doesn't exist. But it does have diphtongues, which are written as ligatures of the letters representing the two sounds. I have a .gif file describing the Itakian script, if anyone's interested :)) .
