For the most part, with US Intl, Alt-Gr (Right Alt) becomes synonymous
with Ctrl-Alt. Some programs can still tell the difference, like Word,
though, so you use Alt-T to make a capital thorn, but Ctrl-Alt-T to do
whatever Ctrl-Alt-T does in Word (if it does anything at all. I don't
use Word, but I did used to).
