Thanks, T. I did actually print out the material on your site and took it
with me on vacation with all the best intentions of reading through it.
Unfortunately, I never got to it (OT see
www.graywizard.net/Cruise/cruise.htm for what I did instead). I will read
it however.

Yes, he likes to pretend that its all rather sketchy, but he's got a
surprisingly sophisticated start.
