It's some German words, English and much gibberish mixed in
fact. It's more gibberish than meaningful actually.

BTW, since Tom Ch. asked why I started with
"OT: Anthroponymics" -- this is because I expected the
discussion to go off-topic quickly, but instead it became
on-topic again.
