Context is plenty here, but G. Pullum warned us some years back not to
refer to "Stampe" or even "D. Stampe", because there are two brothers,
Dennis and David: supposedly A. Zwicky (you get to guess which one)
is still pissed off because A. Press changed an acknowledgement thus.
