Speaking of which. I just finished my BA-thesis a few
days ago on just that topic, i.e. "Active Languages".
It's not the best thesis ever written, but it does
summarize some things about active languages. I've
uploaded it at:

It's in Word 97 format. You might want to have a look
at it. And anyone else who's interested can have a see
as well for that matter.
