Interesting writing. Some characters look distinctly Chinese, for some
reason. Unlike some of the others who have commented, I *don't* find those
"floating" characters distracting. To me, it's just part of the charm of a
script which to me is consistent yet not boringly uniform. The characters
seem to diverge quite a bit---from Chinese-like logograms to those small,
"floating" lines; yet when put together, somehow it all "fits".
But I think you really *should* slowly collect all the possible
letterforms and the associated pronunciations thereof. It doesn't matter
if you can't remember it all at once; there aren't any rules here that say
you have to come up with a complete list immediately. :-)
