The only combining problems I've seen with it so far with anything that I have is
with the Tibetan script, even though the other Brahmi scripts are fine. I'm not
sure but I sometimes wonder if it's not because it's intended to be a
top-to-bottom script. The combining diacritics for Roman have always worked
fine for me using IE, Mozilla, Firefox, and common MS Office applications.
