It's just (presumably) CC-, assuming pf and sh are digraphs
representing a single sound rather than two individual sounds next to
one another. Like Pfalzgraff. I don't know if it's a real German word
or not, but it is a pottery company whose name around here is
pronounced [(pf)altsgraf] where [(pf)] is simultaneously articulated.
So I can easily see pfsh as a legit consonant cluster, as in
pfshueststett.
